What size should I order?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs. Then check our sizing guide to find the right fit. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. And remember, exchanges are always free.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email, check your spam folder first. If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you still have no tracking info, email us and we will look into it right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we can usually modify or cancel it. Once it's shipped, you can use our free returns process instead.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
