If your pet doesn't show improvement within 30 days, return the product for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Whether the product didn't work for your pet or you simply changed your mind, we will process your return.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email support@snoutandsoothe.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label
Step 3: Pack the product in its original packaging (or any secure packaging) and drop it off at the carrier location indicated on your label
Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all returns within the 30-day guarantee period. You do not need to pay anything to send the product back.

Condition of Returned Items

Products may be returned in used condition. We understand that you need to try the product on your pet to know if it works. We do not require items to be unused or in original packaging. All we ask is that the product be reasonably clean.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We are happy to exchange your product for a different size at no additional cost. Email us at support@snoutandsoothe.com and we will send the new size as soon as we receive your return, or sooner if stock allows.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no cost without requiring you to return the damaged item.
