Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

🚚 Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35

All US orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, and weather. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
